Resolution: Done
I have Bamboo 2.0 setup with LDAP integration with Active Directory. We have a setup along the lines of:
- GroupA
o GroupB
+ UserA
+ UserB
o GroupC
+ UserC
It would be nice to give all users in Group A access to Bamboo but that doesn't appear to work. I have to explicitly give Groups B and C access in the global permissions configuration for any of the users in those groups to have access to Bamboo. Have I missed some configuration option somewhere or is there an option I can set in the atlassian-user.xml to enable Bamboo to include users with a Group depth of more than 1? Or is this simply not possible and I should just explicitly add each of the sub-groups?
