Simplify the Bamboo install process

    Description

      Currently the Bamboo Linux standalone has 2 sources of config, the wrapper.conf file and the bamboo.sh script.

      We should look consolidating the two config files, so that Bamboo always reads from just one config file.

      This caused https://support.atlassian.com/browse/BSP-901, where customer updated the wrapper.conf file instead of the bamboo.sh script
