HTML rendering on All Plans doesn't always properly collapse

      Tomcat 6, JDK 1.6.0_06, Sol 10 x86 server, XP client running Firefox 2, Opera, IE6, IE7

      Sometimes when you first go to the "All Plans" tab on the Bamboo Dashboard, it doesn't render properly. Best way is screenshot attached.
