      Issue Summary

      Upgrading a plugin does not invalidate class cache.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upgrade a plugin

      Expected Results

      All plugin classes are reloaded

      Actual Results

      Some cached classes can remain stale.

      Workaround

      Restart the server after plugin upgrade.
