Issue Summary

For Github linked/plan repositories, the edit repository option page(admin/configureLinkedRepositories.action) waits for the complete repository to load to be able to make any configuration changes. For the github account with large number of repositories/branches, this can be very slow(~2-5 mins).

Below thread appears to be stuck till all repo list is loaded:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade/Install your Bamboo installation to 12.1.9
2. Configure a github repository which has a large number of repositories as linked/plan repository in Bamboo and save the repository settings.
3. Go back to the linked/plan repo to edit the configurations. The admin/configureLinkedRepositories.action page waits for the all the repositories and branch details to be fetched from GitHub before making any configuration changes

Expected Results

The source repo/ branch should be pre-populated as default values which was previously configured and not loaded every time.

Actual Results

The source repo/ branch are not shown as default values and need to be loaded every time. It is a problem to wait until the repo is fully loaded in order to update other settings.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround and we have to wait for the repo/branch to load first to make any changes in the linked/plan repo.
