Problems with comments on the dashboard.

If you add a new comment the icon doesn't show up on the dashboard.

Steps to reproduce.
Click on the latest build for a plan
Add a comment.
Go back to the home page (all plans tab) - the little comment icon isn't there.
Restart Bamboo
The little comment icon is there.

Also, the tool tips don't always show up (I noticed this on the current activity page, where new comments do actually show up)
