With the ongoing transition to Cloud, customers are increasingly migrating their Bitbucket Data Center repositories to Bitbucket Cloud. As part of this migration, they also need to update their CI/CD repository configurations in Bamboo.

Currently, the most straightforward way to accomplish this in Bamboo is through Plan Specs. However, once a plan is converted to Specs, the change is irreversible — and not every customer is willing to accept that trade-off.

The only alternative is to manually update each plan's repository configuration, which can be an extremely time-consuming effort for customers managing hundreds or thousands of plans.

Provide an administrative interface or API that enables customers to update repository URLs (e.g., from Bitbucket Data Center to Bitbucket Cloud) across multiple plans in a single operation
