      This High severity Information Disclosure vulnerability was introduced in versions 10.0.0, 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 11.0.0, 12.0.0, and 12.1.0 of Bamboo Data Center.

      This Information Disclosure vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 7.5 and a CVSS Vector of CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N allows an unauthenticated attacker to view sensitive information via an Information Disclosure vulnerability which has high impact to confidentiality, no impact to integrity, no impact to availability, and requires no user interaction.

      Atlassian recommends that Bamboo Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions:

      • Bamboo Data Center 10.2: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.2.20
      • Bamboo Data Center 12.1: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 12.1.8

      The National Vulnerability Database provides the following description for this vulnerability: Axios is a promise based HTTP client for the browser and Node.js. Prior to 0.32.0 and 1.16.0, Axios’ Node.js HTTP adapter can leak proxy credentials to a redirect target in affected versions. When a request is sent through an authenticated proxy, Axios may add a Proxy-Authorization header. If Axios then follows a redirect and the redirected request is no longer sent through that proxy, the stale Proxy-Authorization header can remain on the redirected request and be sent to the redirect target. This affects Node.js's use of Axios with automatic redirects enabled and an authenticated proxy configuration. Browser adapters are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.32.0 and 1.16.0.
