"clear error from log" link on "All projects" tab and "Current Activity" tab does not return to the page correctly after deleting error (no css)

1. Create a project plan, and configure it to copy artifacts from a non existent location
2. Run the project plan

3. Note that there is now an error shown in the error log section at the bottom of the "All Builds" page (This section is missing until you actually have a build with errors).

4. Click the link to "clear error from log" to remove the error just generated by the build

Note the state of the page is not the same as prior to clicking on the link - it appears to be a text only page essentially with rudimentary layout. This remains even if you refresh the page.
