      Announcement banner changes are not reported at audit logs. So administrator can't track who modified content

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change Announcement banner content
      2. Check instance audit logs

      Expected Results

      Change is visible at audit logs

      Actual Results

      Change is not tracked

      Workaround

      Check access logs to see what user requested
