Issue Summary

Clarify supported versions of DBs for Bamboo 12.x. At the moment the release notes and actual implementation differ. The release note show that Postgres 15.x is deprecated but we can se in the logs it is recognised as supported.

Please clarify same for all DBs including MS 2017.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Postgres 15.x
2. Install and start Bamboo 12.0.0
3. Setup connection to postgresql 15.x
4. See logs below

Expected Results

DatabaseIsSupported should detect that this version of DB is not supported.

Actual Results
