Currently, the regular builds will not contain the Specs version. Because the builds are triggered as part of the normal repository commits, not as part of the Specs.

We desire the ability to ascertain the spec version for a “normal repository commit” build. There is a concern that a different Bamboo plan could be manually built and published between the time the last spec scan was published and the time the build under review was executed.
This is mainly for auditing purposes.
