Issue Summary

Jira issues in the Deployment Plan section are no longer sorted alphabetically. This sorting issue does not occur in the Build Plan section, where issues remain in alphabetical order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Bamboo 10.2.8 with JIRA Software (On-Prem) using Application Link.
2. Link some JIRA issues to a Build Plan
3. Run a Release Deployment from this Build Plan
4. Navigate to the Deployment Plan section.
5. Observe the list of JIRA issues, which is not alphabetical

Expected Results

The JIRA issues should be sorted alphabetically in the Deployment Plan section, as they are in the Build Plan section.

Actual Results

The JIRA issues in the Deployment Plan section are not sorted alphabetically, making it difficult to locate specific tickets.

Workaround

As a temporary workaround, users can refer to the Build Plan section where issues are sorted alphabetically.
