Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin version 2.9.0 not functioning with Bamboo 11.0.4

      Issue Summary

      The Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin (version 2.9.0) is not functioning as expected with Bamboo version 11.0.4. After the plugin is upgraded from the market place and when navigated to "Troubleshooting and Support" feature from the Bamboo UI the tabs such as "Instance Health' , 'Log Analysis', 'Create support zip', etc... are not displayed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login into Bamboo 11.0.4 instance and navigate to Settings -> Manage apps
      2. Search for "Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools' plugin. 
      3. Upgrade the plugin to version 2.9.0 and proceed with the upgrade to make sure upgrade is successful.
      4. After the upgrade is successful, navigate to "Troubleshooting and support tools' option on the left panel from Bamboo UI.

      Expected Results

      We should see the tabs such as "Instance Health' , 'Log Analysis', 'Create support zip', etc..

      Actual Results

      These tabs are not visible and we cannot downloads the support zip or perform other diagnostics.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
