Issue Summary

Bamboo can link multiple Jira instances, but the URL used for the Jira Tickets is the one marked as 'primary' in the application link.

I would like to be able to choose or define which Jira tickets should belong to one instance or another.

Expected Results

When I click on a Jira issue/ticket on Bamboo be redirected to the right Jira instance and not the one defined as primary.

Actual Results

Bamboo redirects to the Jira instance flagged as primary
