Issue Summary
When creating a new release, clicking on "Changes since last release" in the commits section (with Bitbucket app link enabled) results in an error message: "Failed to find release with ID 0." This issue prevents users from viewing the changes associated with the new release.
Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure Bamboo is linked with Bitbucket using an app link.
- In Bitbucket, make a commit to trigger a change that will be reflected in Bamboo.
- In Bamboo, navigate to the project where you want to create a new release.
- Start the process to create a new release.
- On the release creation page, find and click on "Changes since last release" in the commits section.
- Observe the error message: "Failed to find release with ID 0."

Expected Results
See the latest commit that was involved in the build.
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown when you click on the commit history.

Workaround
Navigate to the specific build in Bamboo that was triggered by the recent commit.
View the build details to see the list of commits associated with that build.
Verify the changes directly within Bamboo without relying on the "Changes since last release" feature.
