Issue Summary

We have below documentation changes need to be updated regarding new Deployment permissions introduced in Bamboo 10.2 release:
1. Bamboo 10.2 release notes https://confluence.atlassian.com/bambooreleases/bamboo-10-2-release-notes-1483243679.html, under "Permissions for Deployment projects
" not pointing to correct link for "configuring deployment projects" and gives 404 not found error when clicking on the link.
2. "Creating and configuring a deployment project" document https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/creating-and-configuring-a-deployment-project-338363448.html, not updated with the new deploymnt permission levels for Bamboo 10.2 version
3. "Bamboo Permissions" https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/bamboo-permissions-369296034.html document also not updated with new deployment level permissions under "Deployment permissions" for Bamboo 10.2 version
