      Summary

      Bamboo currently does not offer API endpoints to manage notifications on plans and deployments.

      There's a bulk edit option, but it only covers plans and not deployments, and it also does not allow to update existing notifications in bulk.

      Suggestion

      Add API endpoints to create, delete, update and retrieve notifications from plans and deployment environments.
