      Problem Definition

      Currently, we have a hardcoded initial timeout of 40 minutes for the Elastic tunnel to be established

      Suggested Solution

      It would be better to have the ability to set this parameter from a system property which may help customers with aggressive instance initialization to control how long Bamboo will wait for an instance to start and establish the initial tunnel.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no workaround
