      It's only possible to manage Elastic Image capabilities via Bamboo UI.

      Suggested Solution

      Introduce a way to configure capabilities for Elastic Images via REST API.

      Workaround

      There's no REST API to manage Elastic Image capabilities, but there's a document that might assist changing the default capabilities for Elastic Images:

            To define a new capability to an elastic agent, the only way to do is via UI. There is no option other than configuring from the UI currently.

            If we have a REST API in place, we will be able to automate the process of AMI creation for elastic agents by configuring capabilities for elastic agents.

            We acknowledge this isn't a comprehensive workaround but it may be helpful to know that default capabilities can be defined on a per platform (Linux vs Windows) basis for Elastic Images:
