Summary

In Bamboo Datacenter, when builds are marked as "hung" on the Build Dashboard, this "hung" status remains visible throughout the build process, even after logs resume, we noticed that the "banner" of Build Hung is only clear when the build is completed, but not when the logs start to flow, causing confusion for users monitoring build activities. The request is for Bamboo to automatically clear the "hung" status once log activity resumes.

Problem:

Currently, when a build is marked as "hung" due to inactivity, the status does not clear automatically even if log activity resumes. This can lead to unnecessary manual interventions, such as stopping a build that is actually progressing, based on the misleading "hung" status.

Proposed Solution:

Implement a feature in Bamboo that automatically clears the "hung" status when log activity resumes.
