Make a distinction between GitHub Enterprise Server and Cloud for linked repository configuration in Bamboo

      We need to make a clear distinction about Server and Cloud; github.com URL prefix is used when on Cloud, so there's no need to enable this feature when on using GitHub Enterprise Cloud
