Provide Debug logs for Trigger deactivation and activation during the specs scan process in Bamboo

      Description 

      During the specs scan process in Bamboo Plan triggers are silently deactivated and then activated again once the Specs scan in succesfull.

      We would like to have some DEBUG logs regarding this deactivation and activation to investigate issues where triggers are not activated even after succesfull specs scan.
