Enhance Bitbucket Cloud and Bamboo integration to allow project access tokens

Problem Definition

Bamboo and Bitbucket Cloud are experiencing an issue with configuration and security. Users are sorted into groups in both applications, granting them access only to projects pertinent to their team. Despite these access controls, when users attempt to add a repository to a Bamboo project, they are not restricted to accessing only those Bitbucket repositories that align with their assigned group's projects.

Bamboo does not currently support using Bitbucket's "project access key," which could ensure that a Bamboo project can only interact with authorized Bitbucket repositories. The current configuration leads to unauthorized access for users/groups to specific repositories.

Suggested Solution

It would be nice if Bamboo supported using Bitbucket's project access key.
