Right now, if a user wants to assign an Agent, they need to be in the Restricted Admin group. But this isn't the best fit since it gives them admin powers, something the customer might not want.

Suggestion

So, what if we create a feature that lets certain users assign agents, but doesn't give them any admin privileges?
