Notification when there are changes made to the plan/tasks/stages

      There exists the functionality to view the audit log but it would be best if there is a possibility of receiving alerts if a user changes some settings e.g. if a plan is reconfigured, new tasks/stages get added/deleted. Basically have a facility to send notifications based on audit logging whenever there is a change to paln config.
