Removing users ability to disable branches during builds

    Description

      The issue we discovered is if a build hangs or seems like it isn't working the user sees "Disable Branch" and clicks it in an attempt to stop the build. Which this does not.

      What we are asking for is the ability to hide that function so that when the Run Build function is triggered the Disabled branch option is hidden.

      As this caused the branch to poll forever and never fail and so the user was unable to deliver a core development build
