Support high availability architecture when deploy Bamboo on Kubernetes

      Problem definition

      Currently Bamboo doesn't support HA setup when it is deployed on Kuberentes environment.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be better if we had the option to configure HA on Bamboo deployed on Kubernetes
