There is a known limitation on the supportability of the Rate Limiting feature on Bamboo instances connected to an Oracle Database. Rate Limiting was introduced in Bamboo 8.2.

Please add a note to the following pages stating the customers that run Bamboo on Oracle DB need to use Oracle JDBC 21c or later if they are willing to enable Rate Limiting:
