Issue Summary

Bamboo release notes page is broken for the Resolved issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Release notes page > https://confluence.atlassian.com/bambooreleases/bamboo-9-2-release-notes-1207179202.html

2. Under the Resolved issues section, open anyone of the page for example https://confluence.atlassian.com/bambooreleases/issues-resolved-in-bamboo-9-2-8-1319249257.html

Expected Results

The page should display the results of all the Jira issues fixed in that release.

Actual Results

Below exception is see
