When adding/saving a Bitbucket Data Center Linked Repository with submodules enabled, and the "SSH key applies to submodules" setting enabled Bamboo should programmatically add the SSH key to all Bitbucket submodule repositories.

Any submodules hosted outside of Bitbucket would still need their keys managed manually.
