Add listeners for Bitbucket Server webhook events

      Summary

      Bamboo currently triggers build for some Bitbucket datacenter events like; Branch creation, Pull request, or pushing a commit, However, Bitbucket datacenter provides a lot more events that can be consumed by listeners and are not currently supported by Bamboo or Bamboo API.

      Suggestion

      Bamboo should create event listeners for Bitbucket Web hook event types, or provide the possibility of an API like the queue API to consume the event from Bitbucket webhook.
