Currently, Bamboo will send Bamboo specs execution notifications like below to code commit user's email IDs based on the git config for the commit IDs:

Bamboo sends notifications for the specs execution status by default when the Bamboo specs scan is enabled for the linked repository and the mail server is configured in the Bamboo instance.

Suggestion:

Provide an option for users to disable these specs execution notifications in Bamboo if they don't want to receive them by default.
