Issue Summary

When loading repositories from GitHub, repositories that exist underneath an Organization are displayed twice

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Organization on GitHub
2. Create a test repository under the Organization
3. Add a new Linked repository/Plan Repository to Bamboo:
4. Select the type of GitHub and enter your credentials (username and PAT
5. Click Load Repositories

Expected Results

Organization repositories should display once in Bamboo

Actual Results

Organization repositories display twice under Load Repository in Bamboo
No errors are seen

This does not have any negative impact on the integration itself. You can choose whatever you want from the duplicate entries.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
