Specify shallow clone in the Checkout task instead of linked repository

    Description

      "Use shallow clones" is currently an option under the Linked Repository. Seems like this would make more sense to be specified as part of the Checkout task.

      We have several plans using the same repository. Some need the full clone but others could use a shallow clone to decrease checkout time. It would be nice to specify full vs shallow as part of the Checkout task.

      There are issues (BAM-21987) with having multiple linked repositories that point to the same source repository, so that is not a viable workaround.
