Currently, Jira issues from test case results don't show up on the Build/Stage/Job results "issues" tabs and are only limited to the "Test" tabs with the test results.

The Jira issues assigned to a build result and a test case results are treated differently. One of the reasons is that manual assignments of Jira issues to the individual tests are connected to a test case and not to a single test case result - if a link is added to one test case result in the UI, it will be visible in all the results; while a build result - Jira issue connection joins only a single build result with the issue.

Please make Jira issues linked to test case results be listed as an ordinary linked issue on the general build results (Job/Stage/Main) levels.
