If a customer would like to disable the TLS option in the Bamboo UI cog icon > Communication > Mail Server > Edit, it's required to restart Bamboo in order for the application to consider such an option disabled.

Currently, no message shows up to inform the above when unchecking the TLS field.
It would be good to have a quick message like:

"A Bamboo restart is required to apply the changes you made to the TLS settings"
