    Description

      Currently while creating new linked repository, the option "Enable repository caching on agents" in the setting is always marked as checked for all repository. 

      Bamboo can have a parameter which can uncheck this option by default for all the new linked repositories. This can either be an option for bamboo admins in the repository settings OR a system property that can added to one of the configuration file in bamboo.
