Upgrade OpenClover to 4.5.1 in Atlassian Bamboo Code Quality Plugin

      OpenClover 4.5.1 has been released recently.

      It contains a fix for an instrumentation error when a 'record' is used as variable or method name. This affects also projects built with JDK8 and not only the ones build with JDK16 (where record classes have been introduced).
