Remote agent artifacts result in temporary files on the server that are not removed

      On JBAC2 there were over 50+GB of temporary files under /j2ee/domains/atlassian.com/jira2.bamboo/apache-tomcat-5.5.23/temp. They appear to be the results of builds from agents. We probably need to delete these files when they are no longer needed.
