Currently Bamboo has a Dashboard which displays build summary irrespective of weather the user has logged in or not.

This should be configurable via the Admin Page if the dashboard should be displayed or not for guest users.

Also there should be a Panel in RED informing the user that they have not logged in above the Dashboard.
