Bamboo Specs should respect branch overrides for dependencies.

      In cases where the build dependencies for one branch of a specs configured plan are different from another there is currently no way to configure dependencies for the branches independently.

      Suggestion: Adding a dependencies key under the branch-overrides key in Bamboo Specs would enable the use of different dependencies per branch.
