Issue Summary

Currently in the Helm template we don't have the option deploy Bamboo with the configuration option to create a PV with multiple AZ.
When a pod is deployed for the first time in the Statefulsets, the PV and PVC are created and PV is attached to a Node in the AZ. However, there is a limit, because the cluster scheduler does not purge a PV of Statefulsets when the node it was attached to has been rescheduled in a different AZ. This is a known limitation of EBS CSI.

PV nodeAffinity is immutable so it can't be modified after it's created.

Suggestion

Add the option in the Helm template to create a PV with multiple AZ.
