Add capability to "limit the number of concurrent sessions to an organization-defined number"

      Currently Bamboo does not put a limit on the number of user sessions accessing the application at any one time.

      US Government, and Defense contractors (and others) need to be able to follow the STIG guidelines for their applications.

      STIG V-204708 requires an application be able to "control the number of sessions that utilize an application by all accounts and/or account types."
