Add missing information about docker in Bamboo Specs

      SUMMARY

      Bamboo comes with Docker task out of the box, however, it is not fully recognized as first class citizen. It is clear from Bamboo Specs

        - any-task:       plugin-key: com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.bamboo-docker-plugin:task.docker.cli

      but Docker task is completely missing in KB. https://docs.atlassian.com/bamboo-specs-docs/8.1.12/specs.html?yaml
