      Summary

      If a valid JUnit XML file is provided which indicates 0 tests have been run, the bamboo logs seem to use the same error as the file not being found at all.

      Summary

      Improve the build log summary where when the above case is encountered, it would differentiate this with " Valid XML found but no test cases present"
