Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Jira 9.9.1 to Bamboo 9.2.3 with OAuth impersonation.
2. Create a Jira user base server and connect from Bamboo to Jira for the same user base.
3. Make sure Jira user can login to Bamboo.
4. Create a new project in Jira.
5. Create a new project, plan and build in Bamboo.
6. Linked the new build to the new issue in Jira.
7. In Jira issue, the build getting the following error message:
   
8. When build and a new release, the build is not searchable and can't release a new build:
   

Expected Results

The same user base should be able to see the build via Jira issue development panel and release a new or existing build.

Actual Results

The same user base is not able to see the build via Jira issue development panel and release a new or existing build.

Workaround

• Change to OAuth without impersonation.
• Follow the workaround in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-75911
