Issue Summary
When Bamboo hits too many open files error, it displays a warning with instructions to clear up the Lucene indexes that have been deprecated.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
As Lucene indexes have been deprecated in Bamboo 8.2, the warning message should provide steps to increase the open file limit.
Actual Results

Bamboo has too many open files. This is often due to indexing fragmentation.
To solve this issue shut down Bamboo and clear the index directory (located at /index).
After restarting bamboo you will need to run a full reindex (See 'Indexing' in the Administration section of Bamboo)
