Allow EC2 agent to use the .bashrc for script tasks

    Description

      On standard bare metal Remote Agents Bamboo utilizes the .bashrc of the user running the agent process. This is not the case on EC2 Elastic Agents. This creates issues when there are environment variables set and scripts run as part of the .bashrc.

      Please enable the EC2 Elastic Agents to operate similarly to the standard Remote Agents in terms of utilizing the items loaded by the user's .bashrc.
