      Problem Definition

      The build resiliency allows Bamboo to recover build status when Bamboo restarts, however build resiliency will not always work in case of version upgrade

      Suggested Solution

      Implement build resiliency for Bamboo upgrades.

      Why this is important

      Currently the documentation does not clearly warns that the build resiliency might fail in case of upgrade. This leads to looping builds that can be recovered only with an additional restart.
